Cabbage muslam recipe : indian Food Dishes 



Cabbage Muslim is a royal and delicious vegetable, which is cooked in special spices and gravy by making whole cauliflower. This dish is made especially on festivals or special occasions. Both its taste and presentation are wonderful.


Cabbage muslam recipe :Material

For cabbage:

Cauliflower (medium size) - 1 (whole)

Water - to boil cabbage

Turmeric - 1/2 tspoon

Salt - 1 tspoon

For Masala Gravy:

Onion - 2 (finely chopped)

Tomato - 3 (make puree)

Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1 Tablespoon

Curd - 1/2 Cup (Fented)

Cashew - 8-10 (make a paste)

Kasuri Fenugreek - 1 TS

Hot Spices - 1/2 TSpoon

Turmeric - 1/2 tspoon

Red Chilli Powder - 1 TSp

Coriander powder - 1 tspoon

Cumin - 1 tspoon

Oil or ghee - 2 tablespoon

Salt - according to taste

Fresh Cream - 2 Tablespoon (for Garnish)

Green coriander - 1 tablespoon (to decorate)



Cabbage muslam recipe : Method:

1. Preparation of cauliflower:

Boil the water in a large pot. Insert turmeric and salt in it.

Put the cauliflower in boiling water and boil the light for 5-7 minutes.

Clean the cabbage with water.


2. Making Gravy:

Heat oil or ghee in a pan.

Add cumin and let the snap.


Add ginger-garlic paste and fry it.

Insert a cut onion and fry until golden.


Now insert tomato puree and insert spices (turmeric, coriander powder, red chili powder).

Fry the mixture until the oil can not be separated.


Put cashew paste and curd and cook for 2-3 minutes on a low flame.

Add hot masala and kasoori fenugreek well.


If Gravi Garhi, add some water in it and bring the right stability.


3. Cook cabbage in gravy:

Remove the gravy into a deep pot.

Place the boiled cauliflower above the gravy.

Insert gravy over cabbage so that it will be completely covered.

Cork the utensil and cook at a low flame for 10-12 minutes.


4. Decoration to serve:

Decorate with fresh cream and green coriander.

Serve cabbage with hot, paratha, or cumin rice.



   Cabbage muslam recipe : Tips:

After boiling cauliflower immediately, put it in cold water so that it is not much soft in the cook.

Almond paste can also be used instead of cashew nuts.

You can also use butter to make gravy delicious.
