Ingredients : Cheese quantity


• Yogurt 1 cup (fresh and thick)

• Papad (roasted) 2 medium size

• Chaat masala 1 teaspoon

• Red chilli powder ½ tsp

• Roasted cumin powder ½ tsp

• Salt to taste

• Sugar 1 tsp (optional)

• Green coriander (chopped) for garnishing


Method of making Curd Papad


Step 1: Bake or fry the papad


First of all, roast the papad on a pan or directly on the flame, or if you want, you can fry it till it becomes crispy.


After baking, break them into small pieces and keep them aside.



Step 2: Preparing the Curd


Whisk the curd well so that there are no lumps left in it. The taste is even better if the curd is thick and cold.


You can add a little salt and a pinch of sugar if needed.



Step 3: Preparing the Tadka


Heat oil in a small pan.


Add mustard seeds to it. When the mustard seeds crackle, add asafoetida, curry leaves and green chillies.


After this add turmeric powder and red chili powder and turn off the gas.



Step 4: Mixing All the Ingredients


Add the prepared tempering to the curd and mix well.


Then add broken papad to it and serve immediately so that the papad remains crunchy.
